I am a people person, a proud mother of a son and enjoy my hobbies.  You will either find me hiking trails, riding my horse down country roads or sewing colourful quilts for family and friends.

I launched my wedding career in 1995  with Sharon Barwick Designs as a florist and event decorator.  I have been producing weddings and events in Calgary since 2004.  Passionate about mentoring young people, I am a Mount Royal University instructor for Wedding Planning and the Event Management program.  As a Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP) and trained actress, I am an ideas enthusiast who believes education and ceremonies should be meaningful and entertaining.  I am also an International Examiner for the CSEP designation and former National Education Chair for the International Live Events Association (ILEA) 

I have served hundreds of couples from all cultures, beliefs and backgrounds, regardless of sexual orientation or tradition.  I am passionate about being a supportive marriage commissioner that creates memorable ceremonies.  I deliver ceremonies with heart and am respectful of the undertaking of writing your love story.
